How Organizational Coaching Works:
Key staff from your company together with your personal coach will work together through regular group coaching sessions to track implementation of the strategic plan, measure results, troubleshoot problems, adjust the plan as needed, prioritize and refocus on next steps, setting measurable objectives to be completed by the next session. Your coach will also help ensure that the necessary psychology factors are being considered and implemented for your company's desired success. Session frequency depends on your organization's unique needs, but can be anywhere from twice a year, quarterly, monthly or even bi-weekly. The Guided Strategic Planning Session is designed to be an annual, 1-2 day, intensive planning session with the purpose of establishing your company's annual strategic plan. Facilitated by your certified business coach with top executives from your company, the session will include guided brainstorming with the logic of strategy mapping to develop the company's strategic plan to ensure successful completion of annual goals. Coaching facilitation will streamline the planning process, directing the session with strategic questions and focus to achieve the most effective plan, as efficiently as possible.
